Finally my tummy is changing shape bt im not sure if it's for the better. I told the woman in the gym i wanted a tighter tummy, and towork on my legs. She put me on the treadmill for 30 mins, stomach crunches, bicycle for 15 mins. She also put me on a machine that i have to push down (like a stomach crunch) but i can add weight onto it.
Anyway the point that i feel my tummy is tighter but my tummy has developed little bits that stick out. Could this be the development of a six pack?

if you build muscle under fat, the fat will "pokeout" or "stick out" more.

Body fat and diet, still are the culprits, everyone had a 6 pack, just gotta get rid of the insulation.

Abbs are very mental, you can crunch and crunch till your blue in the face. But until you can control, and squeeze your abbs, you won't see them.

Go in a mirror, and contract your abbs, you should be able to see, even lightly your muscles, if not feel them, feet the tightness under the "insulation" feel how hard? Now relax, feel again, you can tell a differance.
When you crunch, you need to make your abbs that tight, and that hard everytime, if not your just half assing it. To skulpt your abbs, you need to contract them the way you want them to look. IF you do crunches right, you shouldn't be able to do no more than 25, in a set.

Hope this kinda made sense.

Watch your breathing when doing abs. Always exhale when contracting. This is VERY important for a flat and tight tummy! :)
