One more question i forgot to put in, that i was reading about on the abcbodybuilding forum. They were talking about going from a cutting cycle to a bulk like i just did and slowly increasing calories. I was at around 2800(a little less on some days) calories and then went to a little over 3000 calories is this too much of a jump?
I was wondering how much I should cut back on carbs and fat, I'm at maintenance level right now and just switched my macros as i'm in a gaining cycle right now.
Here's what my carbs and fat are right now
291g-carbs
90-fat
I was gonna drop 10g carbs and 14g of fat?..Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
