I workout every other night,first few weeks i done a set for each body part, now one night i will do chest/triceps another night back/biceps and another night shoulders/legs.Will it be more beneficial to me to stick with what i am doing now with different body parts?? thnx
Your newer routine will give your muscles more time to recuperate and grow. Even though you are not targeting them directly at times they are still being used in a compound movement.
