I was wondering if the serving size weight of meat that is listed on the container, is this before or after cooking the meat because you will lose some weight when cooked. Example: a 3.5 oz chicken breast is this weight before or after cooking?
I usually go by after cooking. But you can look on nutritional web sites like www.nutritionaldata.com or www.calorieking.com and they usually say whether if it's for raw or cooked items, that's what i use.
