hey everyone! im new here and have never lifted b4. i just signed up, and today is leg day. i have no idea how much to put on for my lunges, deadlift, or anything else for that matter. whats the average beginner weight for a girl? should i just put on some weight and see how much i can stand? thanks
Start light.... if you find it easy, add some more... since you're new, keep it light for a while to get the form correct then add to make it more difficult... if you start off too heavy you'll throw your form off and perhaps hurt yourself...
