Tonight I was in the mood for something light and healthy so I bought some broccoli and cauliflour and made some healthy dip to go with them. So needless to say, I did not cook the veggies but just ate them raw, a big plateful. So anyways, for the past few hours(from about 20 minutes after eating) my stomach has been hurting, and I feel a little like it might want to all come back up. I ate quite a few Tums already but it hasn't helped much. Question is, is it a bad idea to eat such veggies like broccoli and cauliflour raw? Or maybe I should have eaten something on the side with it? Any ideas/similar experiences?? It hurts....:(
