Im introducing myself to the community....I have been lifting on and off for several years now but never really stayed with it. But now since im in college and only work 20hrs a week, I will be able to. I looking forward to change my body to they i want it and will be more motivated to do so. Just a quick question how much protein intake should i have per day... i weigh about 157lbs and have a high metbolism rate.
