Hi I'm new I am 20 years old recently married. I have been gaining weight since I graduated high school. I've joined gyms but find it hard to work them into my school and work schedule. My husband ran track in high school and I hate to run. I was diagnosed with some kind of asthma but it later was a medical mistake as I NEVER had an attack so they changed my record to bronchitis and I have not liked to run since. One of my main goals is cardio. I think if I run a little everyday then I might could tone my legs and thighs just through that.
