howdy, I am about to start an even more difficult and intense training program, so I am thinking of also adding on another supplement to aid me in my physical goals , and gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. So I was wondering what was a great supplement to take along side of a protein shake? I would like to avoid creatine.

p.s. sorry if that sounds stupid, if I want to avoid creatine, but I do and my doctor told me not to take it.
