I know I have asked this question before, but what are the best recovery products that a 15 year old can take? My doctor doesn't want me taking any supplements as some know already, but I don't think he'll have a problem with recovery supplements. Also, is it safe for someone my age hieght and weight to be taking these supplements and are there any side effects besides bigger muscles faster? and also, are these supplements like creatine? I'd like to get big and stay big not get of the creatine cycle and lose a little bit of size if you know what I mean.

Thanks

The best recovery product, especially for your age, is FOOD. Eat, eat, train, eat, eat, sleep, etc. Don't worry about supplements yet.

I agree with rev. also make sure you are getting enough water. Hydration is very important, even more so when working out. Maybe also get a good children's/teen multivitamin if your diet isn't giving you everything.
