I'd like to ask if that routine is good?
mon:chest, shoulders
thu:back, traps
wed:legs, calves
thr:bisp, tricp

I also would like to try this routine...

Hi snipura, thats the workout Im doing right now, the only difference is that I go for shoulders, bis & tris on the same day and leave chest for monday. I go for 4 sets of 16.12,10,8 reps.

i think there is no limited time: it is you who have tod ecide this time.
dont remember everybody is diferent, look carefully your progression:it will tell you all you need to know

its good. But dont do it all the time. change it up every once in awhile like carivan said.
