glutamine and protein how many mins?

I was wondering how many minutes in between does glutamine have to be with protein I heard you have to wait ten minutes before you intake protein after glutamine so the glutamine would get there first then you intake the protein... anyone else have any new advice?

No, most people mix their glutamine in with their protein shake. This post should really be in the supplements forum.
