Hello all, I am joining this site to improve my health as I am sure many before me have for the same reason. I needed to start to do something to help myself out for the long run. I have recently stopped smoking and decided that I need to replace it with a good habit not a bad one. I am looking forward to seeing my results as I go thru my exercises.

I have a bowflex, one of the older ones. As I was looking at my exercises for the machine's I realized that I do not have the attachments to do the leg curls/extensions. I was wondering if anyone could let me know of something else that I can do in it's place. Thank you already for any help that you might have to offer.

Why not fill out a profile here on FT so we can learn more about you...

Also, for the leg extensions and such, check out the list of exercise available and just swap 'em for ones that work the same area...
