Back hypers, RDLs, Goodmornings, Speed deadlifts, Squat, box squat. The bottom line is you just have to do it and do it with proper form.

i suggest my favorite of speed romanian deadlifts...ofcourse first you need to learn to do it with perfect form...

i know the correct form its just when ever i start a dead lift with kinda heay weight i lose my form and i lock my legs and just use my back
