Is Kiwi a good fruit to eat? I'm not sure of the GI on it and I want to keep it low. Although I do eat carrots after workout to speed up the protein consumption. Also, could you eat the skin of the Kiwi? I did yesterday, and it didn't taste bad or anything I'm just not sure if your not supposed to or if you can.

You can eat the skin, but you aren't supposed to unless you scrape off the fuzzy hairs. I love kiwi's, but don't get to eat them very often because my husband thinks they are "weird"

I think kiwi's are loaded with surgar, so it would be a good idea to eat one in the morning rather than later in the day

Kiwiws are a good source of vitamin c, and fairly low in total calories. They are good for you!
But I agree with keeping your fruits earlier in the day.

ok. But what if my goals are increasing muscle mass? Would that make a difference? Could I eat these any time I want then, or should I just keep them in the morning as well? I'm pretty sure they are loaded with sugar since they taste so sweet. oops I ate skin with fuzzy stuff and all lol. I think I ate the sticker to. lol j/k. thanks
