I was wondering do you take glutamine on non-working out day? and I take it 3 times a day? morning on empty stomach then after a workout then before bed.... do I take it 3 times a day again?

yury - a lot of that depends on whether you're taking pills or powder. Personally, I take 10gms total - half before my workout and half after.

I take capsules and it has 500 mg, then I take protein 10 mins later so the glutamine would get there faster. how many times should I take it? and also how many times should i take it on non-working out days?

Yes you should be taking Glutamine on no working out days since it's on those days your body needs to recover.

I take it three times daily (mornings, straight after or before work out and night time before bed) and I take 10-20gr.
