What's the deal w/ creatine? Is it good? Bad? Safe? How long should I take it for (1 month, 2 months)? Should it be taken before or after a workout? I hear so many different comments on the subject. Sorry for all the questions at once.

As you have determined already there IS a ton of material on this subject and it would be difficult to list it all in one post. Type in 'Creatine' and start reading. Also, don't just take FT's word for it, check some other sources to corroborate what you find here.
I use it, have for 2 months and I have noticed gains that I heretofore have never seen in 15 years of weighlifting. With zero negative aspects to speak of.
