well, if you've already been taking it for a week, i don't see how a loading now would help you much... i'm assuming you've been taking 5gr. a day this past week, so if you keep that up, you should probably get saturated in another week... so you could take 10gr. for a few days or just take 5gr. for another week and end up at the same place by saturday... the only difference would be the amount of creatine you'll have used...
either way, just take 5 grams a day from then on... take it after you work out, since that's when it'd be absorbed the best... what most people do is take it 20 minutes into their PWO protein shake... if you take more than 5 grams a day, (after your muscles are already super saturated, that is) your body will just get rid of excess creatine, so you'll just be wasting it... so just take 5 grams a day...
after you hit a plateu or something, you could just load for 4-5 days (taking 10-20 grams a day) and keep using it normally (5 grams a day after loading)... when loading, just take however many dosages necessary throughout the day, with each dosage being 5 grams... so if you're taking 20 grams a day, take 5 grams in the morning, 5gr. with your PWO, 5gr. with some other meal, and 5gr. before you go to bed...
