I am not sure what your goals are, but if they are starvation and malnutrition your well on you way.

Breakfast water? Lunch none? Dinner pizza? I am sorry to say this but you need to completely rework your entire diet, especially if your training. You can't be getting over 1100 calories a day and that is very unhealthy.

First off, eat more. Yes, eat more to lose weight, but you have to eat healthy. You will want to eat 5-7 small meals a day. Secondly, never skip a meal as your metabolism WILL slow down thinking you are starving. Worst off, it will actually EAT MUSCLE and STORE FAT when this happens. Not what you want at all is it?

Drop the cheese, pizza, meat pies, mashed potatoes and start eatting eggs, cottage cheese, rolled oats, green veggies/mixed veggies, chicken breast, tuna to name a few. Check out BB1Fits sticky post on this forum titled body builders grocery list.

Each meal will need to consist of good carbs, protien and maybe some healthy fats. There are tons of posts on here about dieting and eatting properly which will give you some examples for your diet.

Borpillicus nailed on the head, your not eating enough nor the the right kind of foods. If you have trouble being strict with your diet make small changes and have one day a week where you give yourself a little cheat meal. WATER for breakfast that is definately no god, that's the most important meal because you haven't eaten in 8 hours! Have some complex carbs(oatmeal) some good protein(egg whites) and a piece of fruit if you'd like or a protein shake. Good Luck:dumbbell::big_smile::dumbbell:

Your body is hanging on to what it has because you are not feeding it enough nutrients. You won't get toned if you don't eat more, and include more weight training.
Treat your body as if it's your temple!
TAke a look at the thread here Starting overagain, and starting over again ll.

Weight training should take priority over cardio. For everyone pound of muscle you have, you burn 50-70 additional calories a day.

Remember, lots of protien to help your muscles grow!

Don't worry about the Ketchup! A tabelspoon won't hurt. Enjoy it on good food!

I’m actually a Canadian. Here we have Eskimo pie, same deal but instead of steak we use freshly caught seal...

The problem with Shepard’s pie isn't the steak, its the large amounts of mashed potatoes and gravy that come with it. Don't get me wrong, potatoes are good for you (if not one of the most nutritionally dense food you can eat) its just that they are a very starchy, hard to burn carb. Gravy, well, gravy is awesome but I don't think it has much nutritional value at all. I won't lie though, just last week I had turkey casserole at my parents (turkey, gravy, peas and potatoes) and it was so good.

Looking at what you ate yesterday you need way more protein. You broke up your meals nicely, but you need to have protein with each of them. For breakfast throw in a couple egg whites to start, have some cottage cheese with that apple at 11am. You will want some protein at around 9pm, either more cottage cheese or another slow digesting protein.

If you’re lifting hard, you shouldn't have to worry about the extra calories. I see that your 18yo but what are your other stats (weight, height)?.

If you use steak mince it is cottage pie.
Shepherd's pie is made with lamb mince.
