Hello!
I have been visiting this site for a few days, on my relentless pursuit of correct information, and today I decided to join! I do have a few questions, so I'll probably start posting right away, if that's ok! I will do my best to find the answers first in other posts as well. I filled out my profile, but the jist is that I am trying to lose those 'last' 16 pounds, and firm up my body a bit. I just started weight training, but I don't get as tired as when I do cardio, so I am getting a little paranoid that I am taking a step back. ie. should I decrease my calories, stop training and do cardio until the fat is gone.... ack! It's so hard to find the right info.
Anyway, I am glad to be here and hope that I will find the support I need!
