I am on a bulk cycle and i'm on my 3rd week no gain in weight yet i'm almost at 3400 cals a day, with 340g of carbs, sometimes i workout and go to work in the same day and am quite physical at work. So i've added about 450 more calories a day to my diet on days that i work and workout about 5 pieces of whole wheat bread at 90 cals a pop, with a total of 90g. carbs, which brings my total to 430g. Just wondering whats considered too high on carbs for someone my size 5'11 183. Also should i add more calories on day that i do both workout and work and drop cals on day i just do one or the other? Trying to solve this puzzle i know i need more cals than i burn and obviously i'm not eating enough but my protein is already in the 350g. range so i'm sure the carbs is the answer here. But on this bulk i'm trying to limit my fat gain as much as possible but i'm expecting fat i know this. I'm just wondering if i'm handling this right. thanks :dumbbell::cool::dumbbell:

Justin - how much fat is in your diet?
Your calories/ratios seem right on to me, as far as carbs.
Your protein is very high, I get about 274g for you.
You could try lowering your protein a little and add in some natural peanut butter, olive oil, flax oil, or nuts and see if that helps.
What about your workouts - have you plateaued? Have you switched your routine lately? changed your volume, intensity or frequency?
Another thing you may want to do is take photos every two weeks and compare them, side-by-side. Your weight may not be changing a lot, but you may notice some difference in muscle size/definition that way.
