I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good vitamin that has everything in it a woman needs. Presently I am taking Centrum-Forte a multivitamin.
Any info would be appreciated!

The Nutrilite vitamins are among the best on the market. They have a full vitamin and a daily vitamin.

Private message me for more info on that one. I can give you the breakdowns and stuff.

If you are thinking about pregnancy, avoid vitamin A.

Otherwise it depends on what you are getting from your diet already. I think if you rely too heavily on getting vitamins from pills rather than real food, you risk missing out on phytonutrients that we may not know about just yet.

If it's just as a back up, probably the most important vitamins/minerals for women are iron, calcium and folic acid.

I see it as nutritional insurance.. GNC has a good women's formula and Beverly Int'l has a power pack specifically designed for female lifters.
