Hi!!! I'm 32 year old female that like to run and is trying to improve my time and trying to get my weight down to 115 I'm 130lbs. I'll be running my first 5K in a few days. I do run three to four times a weeks(if my schedule allow it) about 2 to 2.5 miles each day.
I have a questions about running but I'll post them some other time.
