ok i bought these two supplements, animal stak, and gnc creatine monohydrate... and im looking foward to lose the fat on my body, even thought i dont weight as much i still look fat... would any of these supplements help me boost up my metabolism..and get cuts on my bodyy!?!?... and how should i start taking these supplements... thankss

ok...first off...do u have body image problems? if you do then it could be more psychological...

Moving on...

Creatine has been shown to help reduce fat by about 1% last time I read on the subject in weight lifters who took it in a study over 8 weeks...
Animal STak...I think i read some negative articles on it...saying it's dangerous...not sure tho..here's 1 I found in another forum..search for 'animal stak' using CTrl+F

But you can also start taking caffeine as pills in the morning in 200mg...it will temporarily boost your metabolism....tho stay away from tea/coffee/soda so you don't overload...and don't take a few hours before sleep
...You also might wanna look into carnitine...

Also I heard of this new supplement called Hoodia Gordonii..supposedly very safe and very powerful...read an article where fat people weere put in front of a TV and asked to watch Tv shows and had food at their exposal...those who took supplement reduced eating by up to 30% or 1000 calories in some cases...so ...it could be good tho I have not heard of a lot of research on it since it's so new..

stay away from caffine pills, If you have any kinda of heart condition it could be dangerous.

By eating more you increase your metabolism....Excercising, weight training anything will increas metabolic rate. More muscle in crease metabolic rate.

Animal stak is ok, which one you buy? IF you haven't opened it......take it back......you need PROTEIN! A good one, protein builds muscle not the animal stak! Animal will help, but you can build a brick house out of nothing....you need bricks (protein) A good whey protein do you better than the animal stak. OR keep it and go back and buy some whey......

i also got on's whey protein... im thinkin about taking the animal stak for 3 weeks everyday.. on top of that with protein...if the result is successful ill take one more bottle of stak.. then open teh creatine...(since my main goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle cuts...)

to gain "muscle cuts" you need less body fat, to see the "cuts"
