i am a fitness profesional so it really bothers me when things dont work right.
lately for the past few months when i do my leg routine..my Quads arent sore at all the next day but my hams and glutes are more sore then ever..to the point where i feel like i have never trained them before..
being a personal trainer i know that there is some muscular compensation goign on and i notice my lower back is becomeing tight as well...
any hints or recomendations on what muscle is being compesated for...and what to do to correct this..
