Figured this would be an interesting topic to post, to list some of the bad stuff that we once ate or drank. It is very hard to cut out ALL bad (toxic) food/ingredients.
I stopped using sugar and cream in my coffee's (8oz). I used to have 4 spoons of sugar and 2 creams, and that totaled 20 spoons of sugar in one day. Haven't had sugar once since 1998 and use 1% milk instead of cream.
Any others??

Hydrogenated oil. If I see hydrogenated oil, partially hydrogenated oil, shortening, or margarine on the ingredient list I put it back with out a second thought.
Its too bad that nearly every baked good contains these hydrogenated death oils (and whats even worse is that they don't need to cook with them at all!). I miss my cheese breads. I don't mind get a few extra fats in my diet, but toxic fats that stick inside you forever I can pass on!

cokes.....I might have 3 or 4 a year at the most, they actually dehydrate me more if I drink one.
I use cooking spary now,and not oil
Back in the day, when mc.ds had the 39cent hambergers, after I worked out i'd have 6 of them lol

Mostly Coke and other soda pop... once in a while I'll open one... potato chips are gone too...

We stopped eating kraft mac and cheese. Used to eat it at least once a week cause it's so cheap, but now it is gone forever!!

I stopped using sugar as well. I use sweeteners now. Splenda

Number one!!! this stuff poses much more of a threat than a bad eating habit, this stuff can really kill you and does kill many folks....or at the very least lead to the causes that in the end do kill you that are proclaimed as "natural" causes.
