I'm not too clear on the carbohydrates. I know i should not be having alot of them in my diet but saomeone mentioned to me that there are carbs that are easier to break down and to burn off than other ones.
My problem is i eat about 5-6 slices of wholemeal bread a day. Is bread one of those hard to get rid of carbs in your body?. :(

5-6 slices isn't a whole lot. If its whole wheat, even better.
But I personally would reduce bread to 3-4 slices a day.
You need carbohydrates. They are your energy. I'm completely against diets which tell people to stay away from carbs. Naturally, too much of something is not good, but there is the good carbs and the bad carbs (refind carbs... from snacks, sodas, etc).

Our country is going thru carb phobia! eat whole grains.. and stay away from white sugar bread. rice etc..
snack junk .. make sure you are drinking enough water.. and
balance each meal .. carbs.. pro fat and dont forget about fiber!

I would cut down if you are trying to lose - save the carbs for veggies with has more fiber than most breads - you will need to read the info on your bread there are alot of wheat breads that aren't much better than white - check the sugar & fiber levels
