With respect to diet and nutrition, is it generally possible to bulk up (muscle-wise at the gym), but keep a good six-pack (Or, build a six pack)?
I know that to bulk up, I'll need to increase the amount of food I take in, with special emphasis on carbs and protein, but I've noticed that, doing so, my abs are less defined.
In terms of what foods should I eat, as well as frequency, what can I do? Living off supplements is not an option as I'm poor, so I'm referring to 'regular' food.
