uh oh, I need help

Hi everyone! Ok im new to the whole body building thing and im looking for as much advise/ suggestions, anything just please help me out. Im 20yrs old and 255lbs @ 5'11 I want to get to 220lbs (or less) but i really want to build mass can any one help me out i could use some meal examples or tell me what kind of suplements would be good and also how to eat in order to build mass so far all ive been told is take protein and creatine is this true sofar? and i know i might have to pick one or the other (loose or gain) so i guess i would have to choose gain mass so HELP! please,

You might want to try signing up for the nutritional and Fitness plans on this website. This may not seem like the best advice but they really are useful if you stick to them.

I think you should also be taking a lot of carbs actually but i'm no expert.:(

Well you need to descide......I dieted 1st.....then bulked up, that was the way I went, mainly cause i fyou build muscle under fat, it will just make you look bigger. Somtimes not a bad thing though.


Get on a good meal plan....and weight train. Is all I can say

what do u think would be a good weight for me to get to in order to start bulking up?
