Hi there, I'm Zooy and I'm an obese teen who is looking to lose weight. I've gone through a huge depression and working with therapists I have gotten some self esteem back so I'm looking for a program that will help me lose weight and keep my muscle toned. I'm an avid biker and just need some support for this. Thanks to all.
Zooy if you like to ride your bike focus on that. Try to set goals like bike two miles every other day and walk another day. Find a friend that shares the same interest that helps too.
