I've noticed that from week to week my graphs fluctuate on my strength progress monitor. I expected to see steady gains or just a flat graph but this week it may be 5 or 10 lbs higher than it will the next. I'm working on my 5th week now and this thing's got high's and low's all over it. Some of the exercises fluctuate 40 or 50 lbs from week to week. It's not just a couple of exercises that's doing this either it's just about all of them. Is anyone else having the same kind of problems? I'm proud of the fact that this progress monitor is here or I wouldn't have noticed these fluctuations. I sure would appreciate any feedback.
