Hey! my name is crystal, and i've been wanting to lose about 40 lbs for a while now...i'm a college student, so things can be a little hectic, but i have time to exercise...i always seem to lose motivation though... can someone please help me with some kind of inspiration? i don't know...i always start something and then two days later, i'm cheating again...HELP!

Keep a diary of what you eat, drink and when you exercise and what you do.
On the very first page write a list of why you want to change - no matter what it is - and everytime you go to log what you've done read your goals.
If it helps take a before picture and keep it in the book, or, if your really brave, stick it on your fridge.

I started a thread called "Motivation" in another forum... got the notes from a seminar the other night... I can't remember what the forum is titled, but some great tips in there...
