I was just wondering what music motivates you either by lyrics or beat? When I had a gym membership I always listened to Snoop Dog because it made me feel like I could kick butt. AC/DC is also pretty powerful for me to get my ass in gear.
Happy Hardcore makes me bounce when I am just in the car or at home, using it to work out could potentially be dangerous(I might bounce off the walls) but my behind would sure be moving!! Gonna try it out tonight!
They say music of your personal liking actually helps kick in those dear endorphines...I have a real eclectic mix I made but definately nothing slow...sometimes I'll ask my husband to sing (he is a semi-pro singer & our music equipment in in the other end of my workout room) so he'll come down and sing but then he'll sing something so blasted slow I have to threaten bodily harm as I cannot work out to slo mo country!
