I'm 25, 107lbs and have never really worked out before. I've tried numerous times but can't seem to stay motivated. I'm seroiusly lacking some energy, plus I have 2 beautiful children to help drain what energy I do have out of me.:big_smile: I eat normal food, not on any kind of diet or anything, but just wondering if I eat certain foods or take some energy supplements if that would help?
Welcome to freetrainers ginafur13. If you are not eating the right carbohydrates, you will feel drained, not even wanting to get out of bed. Make sure you eat alot of complex carbs, and less white stuff.
