Another cardio question.....I am trying to gain some definition and cut body fat by doing cardio. My question is this....I don't mind riding the stationary bike, but is this a good cardio exercise. I just started and do about 15 minutes, 3 times or so a week. Is this enough or should I go longer, do a different cardio workout, etc.? I usually pedal at a pretty good pace. Thanks
Great cardio! Do at least 3x per week for 30-60 minutes. You'll need to target around 80% of your max. heart rate (220 minus your age) in order to maximize the fat burning.
