hi everyone,
im a new mum of a 11 week old baby girl and before my pregnancy i lost 40 kg and need to loose 14 kg to get back to my weight goal, and am finding that my nomal healthy eating and plain house work just isn't doing it for me. please help .

getcha a work form off of here, acess to a gym would be nice. Or you can get some resistance bands, few dbs etc, to help. Get active, walk jog, run, excercise videos etc.

Remember that it took 9 months to put on the baby fat, so don't expect it all to go away instantly. I've heard it usually takes a year to fully recover from having a baby. Try working out at home while your baby naps, or find a gym that has childcare.

It has been a year now since I had my first baby and I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy and have lost it all now. It does take a while to come off. Give yourself a year to let your body get back where it was before you got pregnant.
