I am 23 and have gone to the gym off and on. The only problem I face is following a strict eating routine since i live with my uncle, it is unadvisable to make food requests and I usually eat whatever is on the table. Is there any way to just eat less and excercise and still get the results? I am starting my workout routine on Monday and will try to stick to it for the 8 -12 weeks and see the results. Its really cold in canada, I hope i am motivated to go to the gym!! lol. Anyways I really like the closely knit community on FT. I hope I acheive my goals as you all did.
Great to have you here at FT! I understand the cold climate, I moved from a small town in Wisconsin that was just four hours south of Canada and it was tough sometimes to venture out. I would suggest having something you can do at home, too, so when those days are just too frigid to want to leave the comfort of your warm home, you can turn to that rather than nothing. You will acheive all your goals if you want to - nothing holds us back but ourselves and sometimes that mindset is the hardest thing to change, but it can be done by telling yourself you are worth every bit of it!!
