I don't know the dosage I took of the creatine, the bottle said to mix one full scoop with 8oz of water or juice and I did. So the dosage was just one scoop. I will follow your advise and try it with food, I am so nervous about it, because I don't want to feel that way again.

The Whey Protein was awesome though!

It MUST have the doseage of one serving somewhere on the container. What brand are you using?
