So I have a major problem. I am wanting to eat better however I have a job where I am a live on professional that eats quite often in the on-campus facilities of campus. The UNiversity dining hall doesn;t have a whole lot of healthy options outside of salad and sandwiches. :angry: a little frustrating to say the least. I am hoping someone could give some helpful tips on what to eat or how to go about healthier. Willing to discuss more details if necessary. Thanks for any help in advance
Get one of those mini-coolers, some ice packs, and carry your meals around with you. Also some tupperware - I use that stuff like crazy.
Far as food that doesn't need to be kept cool, I usually have some egg protein powder mix, almonds, and wheat chex stashed in my car just in case I forget something.
