Im a fitness Instructor in the UK and have been training and studying for 6 years. I am interested in all aspects of health, fitness, sports and nutrition and would love to hear from anyone who shares my interests.

Good to have you here, DEANOMAC77, on FT! Do you have any suggestions available from your learnings of any weight loss methods individual's that are on thyroid replacement can follow? Implementing better nutrition and exercise is a given, but there is a definate difficulty for individuals, such as myself, to losing weight when on this medication and no thyroid. Just curious...it is not fully responsible for my weight gains, but definately a factor along with my difficulty losing, long ago gave up using it as an excuse, but I am curious if there are any helpful tips. Thank you.
