:big_smile: Hey everybody I am new to the ft community and I must say that Im very glad I found this. I'm 25 and weigh in at around 175-180lbs. I stand 5'3" tall. I have 3 kids age 5,2, and 1. Before I started having kids I only weighed 115lbs. I would love to get back down to that but would be happy at 135lbs. I need alot of support because I tend to give up very easy if I dont see fast results.:angry: I know it takes a lot of hard work but I never have anyone telling me I can do it!!!!!!!! So please just help me stick to this.:love:
