Hey i have a question im trying to lse about 25lbs should i do cardio at night thats the only time i have...also i hear everyone say take creatine glutmine and protein now when and how much of this stuff should i take..thank you

yes do cardio at night, thats a good hour: usually at night your metabolism get slower, and making carido at this hour of the night will make you burn more calories...

for the proteins, eat more or less 1-1.5 g per pound of bodyweight... look on the site, you will find your answers

Some say it's best to do cardio in the morning right before you eat anything. It's best for fat loss, but you will be sacrificing a bit of muscle. So if your planning on losing weight and then adding muscle, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to do the morning cardio since you will only have to work harder once your done dieting and going into mass gaining if that's what you plan on doing. Doing Cardio at night would be fine as well, but it might keep you up from sleep if you do it from about 2 hours before you go to sleep.

DX is right, what do you want to do?
morning cardio is really bad for your muscle but very effective on fat loss. if you dont have any muscle to loss, then go ahead. althou, if you have trained for quit sometime and dont want to lose muscle, dont do it. hurts really bad.

I thought that if you had a protein shake before doing cardio in the mornings then you would only burn fat?
