hi I am new to the site I am going into my second week. I have made alot of changes in the first week. And have been doing alot better since starting this program. I am 29 years old and I am 5'4 and weigh 135lbs, would like to get down to 120lbs. I am following the nutrition program, the split training and the 12 week ab program. was wondering if there is anyone else on the same program and what their success has been so far. any advice would be greatful. thanks angie

Angie,
Good for you!! I am also new and I want to lose 35-40lbs.
How do you like the ab program? I really dont know how to stick to anything. I have never had a weight problem until I had kids. So anything that helps is good. Keep up the good work!

i was doing very good my first two weeks then I had to go home for a family emergancy, and have had a stressful week. But I am not giving up. Things are winding down here at my parents and am getting back on track. I have been eating like crap this past week and am now paying for it cause I feel really terrible. So I am slowly getting myself back on track. I have still been doing my work out and that has helped me alot.
I go back to work on Thursady night and I work midnights. i find it hard to get my calorie intake ,protien ,carb and fat intake in. Especially when most days I don't eat three meals. Anyone else work mid night shift or have any ideas of what I can do to get everything in that I need? Without interfering with my sleep. I need to do this more then ever now because I am engaged to be married next July and I want to look good for my wedding day.:)
