Dosage of Creatine

The brand is EAS Advant Edge High Performance. The Dosage I took was one scoop, equal to 43g, or 4 tablespoons. I haven't tried it since the day it made me feel so bad, I am a bit nervous. :(

My creatine calls for a 20 g per day during loading and 5 to 10 g per day after loading. Where did you get your dosage reccomendation??

how much creatine per serving though?


Cell tech is 2 scoops per serving but each scoop has 5gs creatine. The rest is sugers, and fillers to cover the taste up, and to "get it into" you system faster.

little bit of grape juice and charlies 100% stuff- yeh it aint meat and 2 veg but medicine never is.
if you weigh under 80 kilos then do 1 TEASPOON a dose and build to 2 if you want to waste your money. 2 may cause stomach ache etc... unless you is a fat tart like me.

Will someone help me out. I just boughta bottle of anavol. It says to take 3 tablets twice daily. Once in the morning on an empty stomach and once a half an hour before lunch or your workout. I lift twice a day, once at 9:00am and once again at 3:00pm. How should I take the doses and if you have any other advice that would be great. Thanks.
