Hello from beautiful Vancouver, BC. I googled across this website today and I think it’s pretty much exactly what I was looking for. It’s time to get in shape. I’d love to lose about 20-25 pounds and tone up. I’ve been too much of a couch potato lately! Tonight after work I’m joining a gym. I’ll follow my fitness plan that FT has set up for me starting on Monday. Tonight I’ll just do cardio.
The only thing I’m slightly worried about is finding the right machines and using them properly.
