hey guys... im 19 years old... from michigan.. i actually got motivated from a bet haha... i went on atkins lost 10lbs in the first week, and ive been on it for a month now and have lost 14lbs... however i seem to have peaked... i cant get any lower than 14 i signed up here to see if anybody can help that... i run 3 days a week and allow myself one day (on weekends only) to eat carbs... like i said ive been on for a month and hit a peak... i need some help!!!

Welcome to FT candela58. Check out the exercise programs on this site. Choose one of the good programs here, sounds like the "weight loss and definition" would be right up your alley.

Welcome Candela58, I’m new here too.
I have been doing Atkins, and lost about the same as you. But since then I’ve slowly gained it all back (UGH), which really sucks. And it especially bugs me when I’m paying like $4 for a loaf of low-carb bread!!! I’m hoping that with the help of this program (exercise program) and healthy low-carb eating I can get to my ideal weight and fitness level.

I know a lot of ppl that have been on the carb style diets and I have found them not in my best intrest, But if it is working for you the way to go. I wish you best of luck and would like to welcome you to FT!!!!
