Just a protein question

Alright guys,

I still have loads of whey protein left from before I got injured. Should I use it now as my aims have changed from putting on mass, to tonig and cutting up...or should I throw it in the bin (trash can).

As long as you are still weight training, whey protein will still work for you. It will help to keep some of that mass you worked so hard to gain.

I would definetly keep it. Protein is food for your muscles.
