this isnt exactly a supplement, however, i figured this is the section it would go in.

has anybody tried nolvadex or clomid for the treatment of gynecomastia?

i was reading that its used to help people try and concieve, however, it can help treat a hormone imbalance that could be the cause of some cases of gynecomastia.

as it stands now, im waiting for my medical benefits to kick in so i can get a check up for my situation. if it comes down to it, i would rather pop some pills than opt for surgery. in the meantime, i suppose i should pay more attention to diet and cardio (not that i havent. ive ben at it for roughly 5 years, though, i can always do more.)

Nolva will help. YOu will have to get a prescription for it, but it is rather easy to obtain.

You may want to investigate 6 oxo, as it is readily available at most stores. It is not as powerful as nolva, but may help you. It will be banned I believe when the bill just passed goes into effect, I believe Jan. 20th.

I think these are only preventative measures, i know i've read about people using these drugs after a cycle of using steroids to keep estrogen levels low to prevent gynecomastia. But i believe there are two kinds of gyno and one can only be taken out by surgery and i think the other will go away with time. To my knowledge there is no drug that will get rid of it by taking a pill. I suggest waiting for your benefits to kick and get it checked out by a physician.

Justin is correct. Even surgery will not get all. But Nolva can be helpful. It is definitely worth a shot.
