Thanks. This is actually my first time doing exercise of ANY kind haha. Hopefully I don't bail on it. I'm a very lazy person, but I'm tired of sitting on my butt all the time and never having energy to do anything. I'm starting to get "squishy" and I don't like it.

A 'squishy....' been there... haha.. fill out your profile, pick a fitness plan from the site and you're on your way! Don't forget about the nutrition tracker on here too!

Profile is done, fitness plan picked and I didn't forget about the nutrition thing, but I would die if I couldn't eat what I wanted so I'm not bothering with that part of it. I need to take one step at a time. haha.

Ok, I just finished my first day of training (as much as I COULD do, at least until I get used to it). I burn and my arms feel like they're gonna fall off.

I had a problem with the squats though. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, my body just won't let me do them how they're supposed to be done (I have a bad knee too). I don't even feel like anything was "worked" from doing them. Is there something I can do as an alternative to these? I really need something that works my butt because it's turning into a waffle from sitting on it all the time.

I'm on the general program and I start the abs tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.
