Hi everyone, I am a new member. In high school I weighed 85 pounds. Back then I needed to gain about 20 pounds. I am 24 years old now 5 foot 1 inch, mother of two and I weigh 150 pounds. I have weighed this for a while now. I have been off and on of different exercise programs and tried all kinds of diets and I just cant stay motivated. I cry myself to sleep alot. My husband says Im not fat but I know I am. I just want to lose about 35 pounds in two or three months if that is possible, and I need to know how! Please help,

The average weight loss done safely is about one to two pounds per week... eight pounds a month... 24 pounds in three months... it may take a little longer than three months to lose the 35 pounds, but even 24 pounds in three months is pretty damned good!
